1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website zylosmart.com (the "Site"), operated by Zylo Smart Home Systems Trading L.L.C ("Zylo", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or contacting us through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Our Services

Zylo provides design, supply, installation, configuration and after-sales support of smart-home automation systems, including lighting, climate, security, access control, multimedia, energy management, garden, motion and protection solutions, for residential and commercial properties in the United Arab Emirates.

The Site is informational. No products or services can be purchased directly through the Site. All engagements are subject to a separate written quotation and acceptance.

4. Quotations & Project Terms

• Quotations issued by Zylo are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied in accordance with UAE VAT law where applicable.
• The specific commercial terms of each project, including scope of work, payment schedule, timelines, warranties, variations and cancellation, are agreed in writing in the individual quotation, proposal or contract issued and accepted for that project. Those project-specific terms prevail over these general Terms in case of conflict.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, the "Zylo" name and the Zylo brand marks, is owned by or licensed to Zylo and is protected under UAE and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification or commercial use without our prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or our contact form for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading or impersonating information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any associated systems.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any code that could damage the Site or its users.
• Scrape, harvest, or republish content from the Site without permission.

7. Third-Party Products & Links

Zylo integrates third-party hardware and software from manufacturers such as KNX, Loxone, Lutron, Sonos and others referenced on the Site. Trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners. Any manufacturer warranties, terms or limitations apply directly between you and the manufacturer. The Site may also link to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the Site is error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific product, specification, image or price shown will be available at the time of enquiry. Final product availability, specifications and pricing are confirmed in the written quotation issued for your project.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Zylo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect through the contact form and how we handle it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any matter arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The courts of Abu Dhabi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
